Enjoy this 3 bedroom 2 bath newly renovated home located in the popular midtown area. Plenty of space to spread out, relax and enjoy your company. Open the door and walk right into the open floor plan which centers around the large kitchen island with seating for 5. When the weather is nice enjoy the deck out back and it's peaceful setting.
There are 3 bedrooms which sleep up to 6. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. The master bedroom has a queen, large walk in closet and private bath.
The home is located within walking distance to top rated restaurants, bars, and brewery. Beautiful calm Lake Ella is couple blocks away. Just a short drive from FSU, FAMU, and the Florida Capitol. The home is newly renovated, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Book now and enjoy your stay.

Great for girls getaway

The location is so close to shopping, downtown, the Governors Mansion, Universities and so much more. The house is adorable with a large kitchen and all the conveniences of home. Beautiful bathrooms and the place is super clean.

We had a wonderful stay. The house looks like it was recently remodeled and is in great shape w/ all the amenities that you can think of. It's really close to the college but also to Whole Foods + other great restaurant & shops. Will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect. Starting with the reservation, communication and checkin process, was smooth and no issues The house itself is the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in, the beds were super comfortable, and we slept better than home, the bathrooms were large and clean!, the kitchen was well appointed and we were able to prepare an incredible Thanksgiving dinner. The neighborhood was quiet and location perfect. The only issue was leaving to go back home to snow. I hope to return to the area to stay here in the near future!!

It was a pleasure to stay in this well appointed house. The house is well maintained, the layout is great, kitchen/dining seating fantastic, and bathrooms are updated. We particularly loved the beds, so much so that we are going to inquire from the owner what kind of mattresses they have!
