The Space:
Nestled on the second floor of an iconic Georgian building, this apartment offers a blend of classic charm and modern convenience in Bath.
Upon entering the hallway you find the main living area to your right. This living area comprises of a living room / dining area / kitchen. The three large Georgian sash windows fill the room with light and offer a lovely view to the pretty street below.
The living room area has a comfortable sofa that converts into a two-person sofa bed. There are two further armchairs and a smart TV that you can use to log into your favourite steaming accounts.
The kitchen is well equipped with induction oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine. The dining table seats four.
The bedroom is to the left of the hall and has a luxurious double bed to sink into after a busy day in the city and includes wall to wall built in cupboards, offering plenty of storage space.
A beautiful new bathroom with walk in shower, sink and WC is the third room from the hallway.

The Neighborhood:
Rivers Street is a residential street in the city of Bath, known for its Georgian architecture and proximity to the city center. It's located a short distance from Milsom Street and near popular attractions like the Royal Crescent and the Circus. Opposite the apartment building is the fabulous The Chequers pub, known for its excellent service and delicious roast dinners.
Getting Around:
The property is located near several public transportation options. Bath Spa train station is approximately a 20-minute walk away, offering direct services to major cities like London, Bristol, and Cardiff. Local bus services operate frequently, with several bus stops within a short walking distance from the apartment, providing easy access to various parts of Bath and the surrounding areas. For those driving, please note that paid parking is available in the city car parks, with the nearest being Charlotte Street, about a ten-minute walk. Alternatively, you can use the 'Park and Ride' services located to the north and south of the city. Short-term on-street parking (3 Hours) is available outside the apartment for loading and unloading. Bristol Airport (BRS) is approximately a 45-minute drive away.

You can park in the paid on street parking outside the apartment for up to three hours when loading and unloading.

Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor which is accessed by four flights of stairs and therefore is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
One small dog is allowed, subject to a pet fee.
