This property does not provide stress free parking. The directions given by the host lead you to an area not accessible by vehicle. You therefore have to try to find parking and walk at least 12minutes (in the old city) with luggage to the property. We drove around for over two hours and could not find proper parking. The host was not helpful so we feel that their description is misleading. We ended up cancelling this reservation which was for 5 nights and they refused any form of reimbursement. We ended up staying at another property where they were extremely helpful in every way. So we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Monopoli, in spite of the stress and misrepresentation of Timless Puglia. I hope this information is helpful to anyone thinking of booking this property
