Villa Albatross Nest with Stunning Panoramic Sea View
Albatross Nest epitomizes Caribbean style living with truly breath taking 180-degree views from the property's open and elevated terraces. Enjoy magical sunset drinks with views of the island of Martinique in one direction and Pigeon Island National Park and Rodney Bay in the other.
Albatross Nest is our dream home - perfect views, distinctive open plan architecture, traditional Caribbean shingled buildings and beautiful tropical garden. Enjoy classic barefoot charm and listen to the sounds of nature and the sea below.
The property is secluded and provides perfect privacy - it is only ever rented to a single party/group. Its layout means that it is equally suited to 2 guests as much as it is for larger groups of up to 8 guests.
The villa was designed by architect, Robertson Ward, who designed the original Sandy Lane hotel in Barbados. Three buildings are linked by covered walkways around the large, private, central pool. The design is perfect for a tropical, outdoor lifestyle and the pool is spanned by an attractive bridge which creates a romantic environment.
Albatross Nest is located in the North West corner of the Cap Estate which is generally regarded as the premier residential area of St. Lucia.
The property is a very short drive to Pigeon Island beach, Anse Du Cap beach and Cas en Bas beach. The 18 hole golf course at the St. Lucia Golf and Country Club, snorkeling, scuba diving, kitesurfing, horse riding on the beach, tennis club and an award winning spa, as well as many of the island's best restaurants are all within a ten minute drive.
Maid service is provided 5 days a week. The gardener is at the property 2 days a week. The property has a security system. The pool is unfenced and deep so the property is not suitable for guests under the age of ten.
The property is managed by Kris Wagner who will welcome you to the property and advise on any aspects of your vacation. Kris and her team are on call 7 days a week to ensure that you have a wonderful holiday in St. Lucia.
A pre-stocking service is available so that when you arrive at the villa you do not immediately have to go shopping - you can immediately relax, unwind and enjoy the view.

Kris Wagner professionally manages the property which belongs to an English couple who have been visiting St Lucia for the past 20 years. We fell in love with the island and after a very long search we finally found our dream home which we purchased in December 2009.
We look forward to being able to spend much more time in our beautiful home in St. Lucia when we retire but in the meantime we are making it available for holiday rentals when we are not there .

We have visited St. Lucia for many years and love the island. We fell in love with the stunning view, the lovely garden and the architecture of this property. We enjoy the variety of restaurants and beaches easily accessible from the property.
What makes this property unique
The property has one of the best sea views we have seen on the island. The sunset views are amazing. The property provides a restful, private location but good restaurants and a variety of activities are available within a ten minute drive.
