We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The setting was amazing and the views from the balcony were incredible. The sunsets in particular were stunning.The open plan living room and kitchen was spacious and sociable. The bedrooms with ensuite showers were clean and comfortable and the balconies with sea views were an added bonus.Michael was very helpful in arranging transport from the airport and responded quickly to any questions or requests that we had.The pool area was very popular with our family, with plenty of sun loungers and chairs for relaxing and the garden was beautiful..

Cap Estates at Gros Islet

Our stay at Cap Estates was absolutely fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect getaway.The house was impeccably clean, and the views of the mountains and ocean were breathtaking.We loved having our morning coffee on the cozy deck while watching the sunrise.Michael was incredibly welcoming and responded quickly to our questions and requests. Great house, great view!

The house fit our family wonderful. We traveled with our three children (ages 4-11) and grandparents - it was very nice to have a large living area to watch football playoffs and a separate cottage for the grandparents to have their own space. The kids loved swimming in the pool in the evenings! The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance you might ever need. Beds were comfortable - each room having its own full bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Awesome Place!

Residence du Cap is an awesome house. My family of 7 stayed here in December 2024. It had more than enough room for all of us. The views are spectacular with a swimming pool overlooking the beautiful vista. Property was clean and well equipped. It’s very safe (completely gated) and Michael is very responsive and helpful with any issues. Luciana can cook a great breakfast for your group. Overall a 10 out of 10!

Spectacular Views!

Beautiful property with spectacular views! We had an amazing week with our two teenage children. The Tet Paul Nature Trail is a must, it’s about a 2 hour drive. We made a day out of it and visited the waterfalls why we were in that area. Make sure to visit Pigeon Island, a nice hike with beautiful views and a quiet beach when you’re finished. We visited several beaches and the one closest to the house at Naked Fisherman is by far the best! It felt like your own private oasis. Make sure to bring your snorkel gear, we saw so many tropical fish. The other beaches we visited were packed with tourist. If you like crowds then visit them.

Wonderful villa in Cap Estate

Two adult couples rented this villa for our 4 night stay in Cap Estate. The view over Rodney Bay, Pigeon Island, and the Caribbean Sea is spectacular. Wonderful sunsets every afternoon, as we sat out by the pool. Two houses: a main with 3 BR’s and a guest house with 1 BR (and kitchen and sitting area). Owner was very helpful and completely responsive to all of our questions. Good A/C units in all rooms, nice tv and music setup. Good Wi-Fi. Modern kitchen. Only a 5-8 minute drive to many restaurants and shops (we ate every meal out other than breakfasts). 5* rating for both the villa itself and the owner.

A Carnival Stay to Remember

We had a group of 7 stay at Michael's place for SLU Carnival 2024. From our first day he was so helpful making sure we were covered with taxis and able to get around easily. Our group LOVED the villa! The location was peaceful but still close enough to all the action. The property exceeded the photos and we had everything we needed inside. It was spotless on arrival and spacious with multiple showers which allowed the group to get ready quickly for back to back fetes. We had an amazing authentic Lucian breakfast prepared by his fabulous cook/house keeper Luciana. Endless, breathtaking views made for perfect pool and outdoor experience. Everyone was sad to leave it behind...our trip was special and one we will never forget thanks to Michael's kindness and hospitality! Don't hesitate, don't miss out....book this place!

After 12 years of hosting, I understand that not every stay will be perfect, but I take great pride in maintaining high standards of service, hospitality, and amenities at the villa. My goal has always been to provide guests with the same level of comfort and care that I would expect for myself. Unfortunately, this stay proved to be particularly challenging. Throughout the visit there were repeated concerns and complaints that required my attention, and I made myself available on a daily basis to try to address and resolve the issues raised. Regrettably, there were also several instances where the house rules were not followed, and interactions became difficult enough that I ultimately had to request assistance from VRBO to help mediate the situation. I remain committed to providing a positive and respectful environment for all guests and appreciate the many visitors over the years who have enjoyed wonderful stays at the villa. I will continue working hard to ensure future guests receive the high standard of hospitality we strive to provide.

There is nothing more I enjoy than hearing the responses of our guests on the great stay and vacation they had in one our villas.

Cap Estate in the premier development in St Lucia. With its estate homes on 1 acre plus lots there is enough privacy and close enough to be neighborly. There are only sunsets and coastline views here and the location is close to all the amenities St Lucia has to offer. The best beaches are located within minutes by car along with golf courses, shopping, Marina and nightlife.

Our property will offer unparalleled views of the entire western Caribbean coastline with the most breathtaking sunsets one could imagine. The 2 villas are all climate controlled throughout all the bedrooms and common areas, something very hard to find. With a private pool, private bedroom balconies and on the main floor with outdoor dining there are views from every position in around the villa. Our Starlink internet system gives you peace of mind for communications and streaming. All or our sheets are 100% cotton and all mattresses are super comfy. This villa with its large state of the art kitchen is a chefs dream with everything you'll need in preparing a meal along with a gas and charcoal grill for those BBQ evenings. You will not be disappointed.
