The Space:

Welcome to our spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom home, perfect for families, work stays, or group getaways. The property features four well-appointed bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests.



The home offers a generous living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room to relax or work during your stay.

Frederick Street is located in the heart of Seaham, a charming coastal town on the Durham Heritage Coast. Known for its scenic seaside views, relaxed atmosphere, and historic character, Seaham has become a desirable spot for both short stays and longer-term living. The neighborhood around Frederick Street is mostly residential, with a mix of traditional terraced homes and easy access to local amenities. Route: Take the A19 if coming from the north or south, then exit east onto the A182 towards Seaham.

Parking: On-street parking available on Frederick Street. Traffic and parking restrictions are typical of a residential area, so be cautious of permit zones.

Nearest Station: Seaham Railway Station, approximately 500–570 yd (450 m) northwest—about a 7‑minute walk

environment.

From the station, head southeast along West Street/Lord Street → turn south onto Frederick Street to reach number 42.

- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.

Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry.
