Villa was as advertised and no nasty surprises, we know the region very well and as such this villa is in a very nice position, very quiet area but very close to all amenities. There is some steep walking to be done to and from the villa but you will get that wherever you stay in benalmadena pueblo.

Veldig fin villa, kunne nok trengt litt oppgradering. Bassenget renses noen timer hver dag ved lunsjtider, det var litt bråkete og kjedelig når vi badet. Mye maur både utforbi og inne, men det var det generelt overalt hvor vi var. Ganske sentralt og fin beliggenhet. Trang parkering, og veldig trangt og komme inn og ut av grasjen, da biler parkerer foran.Enveisgate, men det respekterte ikke så mangen.Veldig bra med aircon i nesten alle rom, og luksus med 3 bad. Verten var helt eksemplarisk og hjelpsom med alt, raske svar via appen og på tlf.Så alt i alt, fornøyd med oppholder og ingen i reisefølget ville hjem

Thank you again for your review and for your kind words about our team. We are delighted that you enjoyed the villa, the location, the air conditioning and the three bathrooms. We also appreciate your constructive feedback. The pool is cleaned at midday to ensure the water remains in excellent condition during the summer, although we will review the schedule to minimise any inconvenience. Regarding the ants, they can occasionally appear during the hottest months despite regular pest control, but we will carry out an additional treatment. Regarding the parking, we would like to clarify that the parking area you describe is the public street parking, which is outside our control. The villa includes a private garage with remote-controlled access, available to all guests. As explained in our check-in instructions, it is accessed from the parallel street below the property. It is spacious and allows easy entry and exit, so guests do not need to rely on street parking. Thank you once again for staying with us. We hope to welcome you back in the future.
