VIP? Or are you simply looking for the simplicity of seaside life—just the beach, the sun, trattorias, and typical Italian summer life? Here is your holiday home, complete with all the amenities you’d find in a luxury hotel.
Welcome to P4T by the Sea—literally right by the sea—with a small playground for children near the house and an outdoor fitness area for adults, all overlooking the sea.
The brief history of the small village of Lendinuso (18 km from Brindisi Airport and a famous Roman port) began in the early 1960s when parents needed to leave their children with their grandparents for the entire summer so they could enjoy the benefits of the sea air and outdoor space to play, so they built many of the little houses you’ll see with their own hands.
Gradually, small businesses opened to meet the needs of Italian families, and they’ve been operating year-round for generations—the same family has been selling bread, sun-dried pasta, and many other traditional products baked locally. (Amazing products to take home, too! Guaranteed—money back! As they say).
There’s also a fisherman selling fresh fish—the catch of the day—as well as pizza and plenty of local treats that we’ll let you discover for yourself, because otherwise they’ll lose their charm; restaurants, of course, serving breakfast with cornetti and cappuccino or espresso, etc.
And a small shop for newspapers and the bare essentials for the beach for both children and adults.
You’ll need to bring T-shirts, shorts, or dresses for women, and comfortable clothing—there aren’t any fancy restaurants here, but in the area you can enjoy amazing seaside restaurants.
The house has all the comforts you’re used to at home:
Ground floor: In the kitchen: a Nespresso coffee machine, a tea maker, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.

Two bedrooms with private bathrooms—one with a shower and toilet, and the other with a shower/bathtub and toilet, of course. Towels are included, along with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel from the luxurious LALIQUE brand to pamper yourself! ;)
There’s also an outdoor shower on a small patio, just before heading up to the terrace, because we know you love the outdoors.
From the terrace, we have the most amazing SEA VIEW that you’ll remember all year round! The most beautiful sunrises and sunsets—the tranquility and peace here will help you fully recharge your batteries!
AND we figured that maybe, you might want some music while relaxing in the jacuzzi (maximum capacity of 3 people), so we’ve set up a small kitchen for your comfort with everything you need, including a refrigerator, a small grill, a coffee maker, and a sink/stove—there’s no oven here; it’s only in the kitchen downstairs—as well as plates, of course, and a table with four chairs.
The house accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children, as one bed measures 160x200 cm and the second small bedroom has a bed measuring 140x200 cm.
