Duomo Luxury Apartment with plunge pool

Step straight from Florence’s cobbled streets into your own secret oasis. Tucked inside a classic Florentine palazzo just 350 m from the Duomo, this two-level apartment pairs modern design with rare city-centre luxuries: a private garden and plunge pool for cooling off after sightseeing, a steam-shower spa bathroom, and three spacious bed rooms. Whether you’re sipping Chianti al-fresco or drifting off beneath whisper-quiet AC, every detail is set for effortless, memory-making stays.

Lovingly updated and unmistakably Florentine, the home unfolds across the ground floor and ground floor. A gracious entrance corridor hides the laundry room, then opens to a sun-splashed living/dining room that frames the green courtyard.

• Private garden fully equipped with dining table perfect for aperitifs or alfresco lunches, plus plunge pool (6.45 m × 1.65 m × 0.48 m) – ideal for a cool dip, not for laps

Three full bathrooms:

•ground-floor spa bathroom with bathtub + walk-in shower

• ground-floor steam-shower bathroom

• upstairs bathroom with rainfall shower

• Walk-in closet for streamlined unpacking

Bedroom configuration:

• 1 ground-floor king-size bedroom with hotel-grade linens & AC

• 2 first-floor queen bedrooms, each with desk, generous wardrobe, AC and Smart TV

A sleek, fully equipped kitchen—oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, full cookware—makes market-fresh dinners a breeze. High-speed Wi-Fi blankets the entire space, and every room enjoys silent climate control year-round.

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment, garden and plunge pool. Check-in is in person for a warm welcome; a lift exists in the building but the flat is on the ground floor, so no steps are required to enter (internal stairs connect the two levels).
