The property shares a courtyard with Pitlessie House and has its own private garden with a deck, furniture and BBQ. The ground floor is a huge, open-plan, kitchen-dining-living space with sofa seating for 14 and a dining table that seats 12. With 5 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in separate alcoves of the second, upstairs living room, The Maltings can easily sleep 14 without anyone feeling squashed! The property also welcomes up to two dogs subject to arrangement.

The property is 12 miles from St Andrews, the home of golf. The picturesque East Neuk of Fife coastline is around 15 miles from The Maltings. Slightly further afield, Edinburgh is 1hr away, Glasgow 90 minutes, Gleneagles 45 minutes. The property is suitable for multi-generation family groups, golfers, hikers and anyone interested in the history and landscapes of Scotland.
