Only 15 minutes drive to the sea, and only half an hour to all your Cornish bucket list locations. Village shop, pub, chip shop, bus stops and children's play park a few seconds walk away. Lovely country walks, including to the nearby woods, right on the doorstep. Spacious rooms, private garden, plenty of parking. Walking distance to the local town, bus & train stations.
