Use the garden secret door for a walk or cycle in the woods, then come back to enjoy the heated swimming pool and relax in the hot tub. Fire up a BBQ for dinner or cook in the hut, or warm up by the fire pit. Visit Jane Austen house, Chawton House or take the Watercress Line steam train in Alton.
Situated inside a fenced/gated secluded farm house next to mature woodland, this is a new, luxury, heated, large cabin/shepherd's hut with WiFi and streaming TV (using guest subscriptions).
- En-suite facilities with a shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail
- Comfortable king-size bunk bed (top only suitable for 1-2 young children e.g. 10y or below)
- Kitchenette with sink, 2-ring hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, kitchen essentials, basic crockery and cutlery for 2 people
- Outdoor area with rattan table/chairs for 4, Fire pit and access to a BBQ grill/tools/fire lighting (bring your own charcoal for the BBQ and/or logs for the fire pit, or purchase from us)
- Access 24/7 to a hot tub and heated swimming pool, SHARED with guests of the other cabin/shepherd's hut.

Chawton Park Bungalow is the residential part of a working farm, located in a peaceful rural Northeast Hampshire. On-site we have a total of 2 ensuite cabins/shepherd's huts:
- a double cabin (max. 2 adults) and
- a family cabin (max. 2 adults, 2 young children)
Each cabin has en-suite bathroom facilities (inc. towels and wash essentials), hot water, electric heating, bedding, dining table, a kitchenette for cooking with crockery, cutlery and essentials, WiFi, smart TV, BBQ facilities, and an outdoor fire pit.
Chawton Park Bungalow is surrounded by many acres of open access woodland, an large network of country walks, the National Cycle way and is near to the quaint villages of Four Marks, Chawton and Alton. A gateway to the South Downs National Park and 5 minutes by car from to the popular Jane Austen's House and Chawton House Library.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
On departure, we would be grateful if you please: Place used towels in the shower cubicle; Ensure cooker/hob is off and you turn off all lights and the heater before you leave;
Dispose of any rubbish into the bins directly outside/by the main electric gates;
Lock up the hut as you leave and please do not forget to return the key and fob back inside the lockbox outside the gate, lock it and scramble the numbers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
