Maple Lodge, a single-storey lodge, consists of an open-plan living space with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating, Smart TV, and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin, both with Smart TVs, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is enclosed, wraparound decking with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry cats are not allowed at this property. Sorry, no smoking. Travel cot and highchair available on request. You’ll find a shop and fishing lake on-site, pub in 1.6 miles, canal in 0.5 miles, and river in 1 mile. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. In rent. Maple Lodge is a lovely base for a Devon escape. Note: Shared outdoor heated swimming pool open 8am-8pm, May-Sept. Note: Working farm - children must be supervised at all times.
