This semi-detached 17th century thatched cottage is situated in the Devon village of North Bovey and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Little Gate Cottage is a charming, historic, thatched cottage in the Devon village of North Bovey. The cottage sleeps four people in a double bedroom and twin bedroom with family bathroom. On the ground floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove and kitchen area, and a dining room. Outside is a private garden (down the lane, accessed via 3 steps a long, narrow wooded garden, with 2 paved areas (table/chairs) looking across Easdon Down and surrounding hills).Not suitable for small children, people with limited mobility or the elderly. With Dartmoor and lovely walks all around, Little Gate Cottage is a fabulous base for a Devon break. Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome £25 fee for second dog.
Amenities: Night storage heating with wood burning stove, first basket of logs provided free and subsequent £2. Microwave, fridge, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available on request. Off road parking for one car, 40 metres down the lane, past the property. Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome £25 fee for second dog, Sorry no smoking. Please note: The garden area is not suitable for small children, people with limited mobility or the elderly.
