Apartment number 301 is very spacious (about 115qm). A luxury studio type located in the Freeway Apartment building (2nd floor). It's very conveniently located on the Pratumnak Road Soi. At 50 meters away from the main road, against the Buddha Hill. Also perfectly situated closely to the famed and exciting Pattaya Nightlife, including great scenery, and the Jomtien & Cosy beaches, they are all 10 mins away.
Electricity is NOT included in the daily rent we charge 6 THB/unit, on average a day depending on usage is 135 Baht.
The space
Studio style 115 m2 Apartment, including Jacuzzi corner. Open kitchen block, fixed King Size bed, Air-conditioning fully furnished and a very generous sized bathroom including big shower cabin.
Very important :
the price of the room are not including of cleaning service, if you need a cleaning service which can arrange with us but you have to pay extra per time.
But also include the free extras following:
Free Local Cable TV (Pattaya Tipmanee Cable TV or other provider)
Free Internet with Fiber Optic line (supplier CAT 30mb/5mb) supplied for High Speed LAN and/or WIFI, both available for speeds to maximum 30 mbs download & 5 mbs upload.
Amenities such as Kitchen Utensils, Hot Water Kettle Electric, Microwave and Cutlery for four people freely available.
Ventilator Fan and Safety security box available.
CCTV Surveillance around the building including car parking and patio.
No hidden charges! As the Freeway Apartments is privately owned, we therefore do not need to ask outrages prices for this and offering a fixed rate including all the above. This basically gives you unlimited usage and confident that you never have to be scared that you bills are expensively unexpectedly high.

Guest access with keycard security door access.
Ground floor Main street entrance is a shared patio entrance to apartments, plentiful parking space is available, around the building.
