Luxury studio Laguna Heights
Luxury 48 sqm Studio on the 3rd floor at Laguna Heights in the North Pattaya, Wongamat. Just 20 meters from the beach. There is a comfortable king bed for two and a sofa for a child, wardrobe, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, safety-box. Fully-fitted kitchen with refrigerator, ceramic stove, oven, microwave and various kitchenware. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet bowl. Nice view on the balcony equipped with glass table and two chairs. Communal rooftop pool, airconditioned gym, 24-hour secuty, reception.
Your flight details or the time of arrival at my home should be advised in advance to make your check-in as smooth as possible. Please note that I am not staying there 24 hours a day and I need at least 1 hour to get there. Please try to do your best to calculate the real time of arrival. Thank you.
For the guests' convenience we organize transfers from the airport or Bangkok hotels to the apartment (at extra cost)
