Newly remodeled downstairs efficiency on the canal with bay views. The property features 2 queen beds, a full size sleeper sofa, and a twin roll out. Kitchenette includes microwave/full size refrigerator/coffee pot with a full bath. Enjoy the evenings on the back patio watching the sunset on the canal or having your coffee in the mornings watching the sun come up over the bay. There is ample parking in the driveway to bring your boat and trailer or day dock your boat in the back during your stay. The community pool is just a minutes walk! The neighborhood is great for walking or riding bikes. Enjoy fishing off the back patio by the green light. Cute, comfortable, clean rental on Key Allegro canal, with kayaks and pool access

This is a great ground-level efficiency unit with a kitchenette, two comfortable Queen beds, and nice sitting area. I enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch most days outside on the back porch overlooking the canal that connects to Little Bay. It was nice to have the full-size refrigerator and microwave and good assortment of dishes. Note that there's no stove/oven, but that just meant I had to eat dinner at the fine local restaurants. :-) The only minor downside was intermittent Wi-Fi service -- but I didn't mind too much, since I was on vacation. The two available kayaks were really convenient for paddling in the island canals and Little Bay. There's also a nice pool available just down the street; I sat by it on a lounge chair, but it wasn't quite warm enough for swimming in April.

Great location

Great location on the canal just minutes away from everything. It was very clean, quiet and relaxing. We had a great time.

Love the porch and view

Very comfortable, clean, great location! The Back deck that looks down a waterway is sooo Relaxing! Would definitely stay again!!

Great Little Place!

The place was so cute, home owner was so incredibly accommodating and communicated really well. The house doesn't have an oven/stove/dishwasher, but there is a grill and a sink/full fridge/freezer and microwave. Everything was really perfect, I can't emphasize that enough!

We have bringing our family down here for vacations for several years now and have enjoyed owning property here in Rockport for over 4 years. Rockport offers so many experiences from fishing, biking, birding, water sports, and just relaxing and enjoying all the local dining!
