Leaving me and 3 children stranded in a valencia train station with literally no options for the days I booked because of the eclipse. I booked 10 months before my stay and then I messaged the day before my check in, when I landed in Madrid and when I arrived in Valencia.I called the contact info and texted on Whatsapp. Only to get a text back 30 mins later to say it was unavailable. I had to be on the phone in the heat of August in train station with no AC for over two hours to find two different places to stay and had to spend more money then the vrbo coverage and reimbursement plan will cover. This thrououghly ruined over half of my trip and my 5 and 8 year old had never left the country and do not look forward to future trips.

Le logement est comme sur les photos. L'emplacement est superbe: à 2 mins d'un supermarché et à 5 mins de la plage. Donc pas besoin de voiture. En plus, Ana a été très arrangeante tout au long du séjour. On est entierement satisfait !
