Luxurious 5 bed 3 bathroom villa in a the new Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort. Has 2 floors inside - with a full kitchen upstairs and drinks/snacks kitchen down stairs. Roof terrace with seating and lounging area.



Lovely views of the garden and the swimming pool.



The accommodation is fully equipped with the following items: private garden, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, private heated swimming pool, parking, TV,/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).



In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.



The Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort is a holiday resort, which main feature is the biggest artificial pool in Europe and will have 17000m2 of custom made beaches. In La Reserva you will also find different places to enjoy nature and sports. Around the resort there is also more than five kilometres of paths and tracks for running and cycling.



On the resort you will find designated places for everything from beach volleyball to disc golf, cross-training and street workout areas, pentaque and chess places. If its an activity which can be enjoyed outdoors, chances are, it is here.



Less than 5 minutes from 18 hole golf course and approximately the same distance to Old Los Alcazares and the Mar Menor beaches. The Lake & Life Resort is located 30km from Murcia Airport and 80km from Alicante Airport.

Spectacular

The accommodation is SPECTACULAR. Easy and safe access, with a security check. The development was amazing. It had an amazing communal pool. The accommodation is clean, with the furniture impeccable and practically new, central air conditioning in the upstairs area and manual in the basement. They looked like two independent floors equipped with everything. The pool, although a little smaller than what was shown in the photos, was very clean and fresh. Well-lit, it felt like a luxury villa. For the first time we rented Villas with this company, everything was correct, to repeat.
