Positive: Todo excelente. Camas cómodas, todo muy limpio, buenas toallas. Cerca del metro, supermerc

: Everything was excellent. Comfortable beds, everything was spotlessly clean, and the towels were good. Close to the metro, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. If we return to Lisbon, we’ll definitely stay here again.

The television was incredible, the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. I felt right at home. We couldn't use Spotify.

I had issues with air conditioning, it wasn't heating and I felt not supported properly with the iss

I had issues with air conditioning, it wasn't heating and I felt not supported properly with the issue, I called multiple times. the wait time is long and the response wasn't prompt, although the issue got resolved by itself after sometime. So if all goes well then it is very nice apartment to stay but if things bot south then it is difficult to get hold on to the support lines.
