Athos Rural Villa is a beautiful one-story villa, the perfect place for relaxing and memorable holidays. With 200m², the villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.



Inside, you will find a spacious living area with a comfortable corner sofa, a 55” smart TV, a dining table, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. The villa offers 3 bedrooms – two with queen-size beds and one with twin beds –and 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower). A washing machine and a dryer are also provided for your convenience.



All bedrooms feature French doors opening to the lush garden, while all rooms are air-conditioned for maximum comfort. The villa also provides high-speed WiFi, ideal for both leisure time and remote work.



The living room has large French doors that lead to the outdoor area, where you will find a private swimming pool (4x10m, 1.40m depth) with a separate children’s section. Around the pool, comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas invite you to relax and enjoy the surrounding views of the sea and the mountains.



The outdoor space also includes a shaded pergola with an al fresco dining area, a barbecue with a mini fridge, and a sink – perfect for family or friends’ gatherings.



It is located in the charming village of Prines, where you will find traditional tavernas, mini markets, and cozy cafés. A bus stop with regular routes to the town of Rethymno (just 9 km away) is within walking distance, while the nearest beach is in Gerani, only 3 km away.



Athos Rural Villa is the ideal retreat for families and groups of friends who wish to relax and enjoy the authentic beauty of the Cretan countryside.

Fantastic stay

Very nice bedrooms and outside area Neighbours are too close and quite loud. A stool in the bedroom and more clothes storage space.

Traumhafte Villa mit wunderschönem Meerblick

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt fantastisch. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer und kann traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Der Pool ist wunderschön und die Outdoorküche lädt zum Grillen und zu geselligen Abenden ein. In ca. 10 Gehminuten erreicht man drei tolle Tavernen sowie einen kleinen Supermarkt. Auch größere Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Alles in allem eine tolle Villa, in der man wunderbar abschalten und den Alltag vergessen kann. Dazu ein sehr sympathischer Vermieter, der bei Fragen immer sehr schnell reagiert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Wir hätten uns lediglich auf der Terrasse für den Nachmittag etwas mehr Sonnenschutz gewünscht.
