The house is great, even bigger than it looks! It’s an easy short walk to the beach and right by the train station (which has no noise on an evening), so location is perfect. It was really clean and well stocked with everything you need. Can’t recommend enough. Will certainly been booking again. Great house, location and Saltburn is the best!

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
On arrival we discovered the main sofa was soiled with urine. Contacted the host and was told there would be someone come and investigate, however had no contact during the stay and no communication regarding the matter since. There was also a dubious stain on the back room carpet, a pair of male underwear in the front bedroom and dirty crockery. All this was relayed to the host but no contact made to rectify.
