Delightful Lodge with terrace and small fenced garden as well as access to 2 acres of grounds with large fishing lake which guests can use. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot. External utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Back garden with garden furniture. 2 acre grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Escape to the heart of rural Suffolk and enjoy a relaxing break in this delightful lodge in Saxtead Bottom, a peaceful hamlet just minutes from the historic market town of Framlingham. The well-equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave and fridge and there is a dining table that seats four. The bedroom has a double bed and ample storage and there is a spacious shower room. Outside there is a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and guests have use of a BBQ. Outside there is a wraparound patio and small lawn with a table and chairs which is a secure dog proof/child proof area. The lake is a short walk along a path where you can fish or just enjoy the countryside.
Rose Chalet is surrounded by unspoilt countryside, offering an ideal base for walkers, cyclists, and those seeking a slower pace of life, and is just a 5-minute drive from Framlingham, home to the famous Framlingham Castle, charming independent shops, cafés, and a vibrant farmers’ market. The beautiful Suffolk coast has something for everyone, take a trip to Aldeburgh with its array of fisherman’s shed for fresh fish, or Southwold, home to the Adnams brewery, why not book a tour, There is an array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants and of course the traditional pier, you can take a foot ferry over to Walberswick which is famous for crabbing.
Nearby by is the area of natural beauty of Dunwich Heath where you will catch a glimpse of many varieties of birds and wildlife.
