Hi Linda I am really sorry that you had problems. We where not aware of the Tv and WiFi not working as the previous guest had not problems. I did message you and asked if we could come and look at it and didn’t get a response. On investigation the internet provider informed us that the internet and been plugged back into the wrong socket which is normally if a games console had been plugged in or something similar. When we did as instructed and plugged it in correctly the internet worked straight away along with the TV. This was just unfortunate as we have never had these problems before and this apartment is booked out a lot. With regards to the crack cup and soap dispenser I will make sure this never happens again. Kind regards Lisa
