The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite and two twins. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and heated towel rail and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. There is an enclosed garden patio with picnic benches, flowerbeds, pond and paths to lawned areas and off-road parking for three cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pond in garden, children must be supervised at all times. Mind your head on patio doors in sunroom. This is a working farm, take care and be respectful if exploring the surrounding area. This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 350GBP. The window cleaner comes once a month and the exact day or date cannot be provided. The gardener comes on Mondays but not every week; visits depend on the garden’s maintenance needs.
