Concept Flats presents Green Flats, a fully equipped loft that aims to unite the best of two worlds: the standard of service of a hotel with the comfort of being in your own home.
Our flat has an excellent location just 15' from the impressive City of Arts and Sciences, the Port and the beach. The City Centre is 20 minutes away and if you prefer, you can use the Metro as you will be just a few steps away from the Maritim Serrería station, which not only has a direct connection to the old town but also to the Airport.
We have WIFI via high-speed fibre optics where you can easily combine work and leisure while enjoying all that the city of Valencia has to offer. The flat also has Smart TV in case you want to relax at the end of your day. In our fully equipped kitchen you will have everything you need to prepare from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner: fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, crockery, etc. The loft also has sheets, towels, hairdryer and amenities.
