Silvia's flat by Domus&Dimore
Immerse yourself in the modern and comfortable combination of this completely renovated house, located in a stately building in the Montesacro district, a historic Roman district. You can relax without sacrificing comfort in a space furnished with style and personality. It has active air conditioning from June to October, ultrafast fiber Wi-Fi and a pleasant outdoor lounge area. Perfect apartment for a couple, a family and for digital nomads .
The two-room apartment consists of:
1. Kitchenette equipped with kitchen utensils, electric induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee pod machine, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes for children.
2. Large living room furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, smart TV, dining table with 4 chairs, high chair for children.
3. Bedroom consisting of a comfortable double bed, lamps, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a crib for a baby.
The entire house has a bathroom with a sink, shower and bidet.
The house has a terrace for the exclusive use of guests. Ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Air conditioning will be available only in summer, from 21 June to 21 September.
