The building comprises six apartments. During its construction, the original exterior was carefully preserved, while the entire interior has been completely redesigned with a modern and energy-efficient approach.

In addition to offering maximum comfort, this apartment enjoys a prime location by the sea, just five minutes from spectacular beaches such as Marzán and Los Caballos. It’s a strategic spot for exploring Cantabria—only 15 minutes from Santander, 18 minutes from Santillana del Mar, and 25 minutes from Cabárceno Park.
