It is a warm and friendly space, with a recently fitted kitchen, kitted out with all the necessary cooking implements, and appliances including a nespresso coffee machine.
The bathroom is clean and uncluttered with both bath and shower. There are stairs down to the bathroom. Both bedrooms are comfortable and relaxing and have ample storage and wardrobe space. There is one bedroom to the front of the building at one to the rear.
There is a large selection of books to enjoy including a selection on the local area, plus games, videos and a record player to relax with after you have been out for the day exploring the city or some of the local neighbourhoods. The flat boasts tasteful interior that makes this a relaxing, home from home in which to relax, socialise or work.

We always try to welcome guests personally but can accommodate self check in if needed.
Other things to note
The flat is on the second floor. As it is a Victorian building, there is no lift.

Please make sure you firmly close the front door behind you when entering and leaving the building.

And in consideration of our neighbours, we would appreciate if you could take off your shoes in the flat and keep noise down after 10.30.
