Belverdere

The house is very beautiful, the rooms are big. Everything you need is nearby and we think this side of the Gardalake is more beautiful then the southside. Behind the house there are several walking/climbing paths.

16qm - keine Ferienwohnung-Gemeinschaftsunterkunft

Das Haus steht an einem großen Kreisverkehr in Nago. Mit offenem Fenster kann man da nicht schlafen. Es handelt sich hier um ein Zimmer (16qm) plus kl. Bad mit Dusche und einem Balkon. Man kann eine Gemeinschaftsküche/ Couchecke mit weiteren Urlaubern nutzen. Wenn man gerne Urlaub mit anderen Menschen macht, dann ist es sicherlich okay. Das Zimmer ist mit einem einfachen Türschloss gesichert. Die Dusche ist hinter zwei Schranktüren versteckt und beim Duschen schwimmt es im gesamten "Bad". Zum Wasser wegwischen steht ein Abwischer bereit. Ordentlich duschen kann man da nicht. Auf dem Balkon mit Sicht auf den Gardasee stehen keine Möbel. Man kann natürlich die Gartenstühle/tisch aus dem Zimmer rausstellen, aber ohne Sonnenschirm ist der Balkon kaum nutzbar. Auch im Garten befindet sich kein Sonnenschirm. Wir haben dann den Tisch plus die wackligen Stühle unter einen Baum geschleppt. Kein Urlauber kann am Objekt parken. Mit etwas Glück findet man einen Free Platz auf einem Wanderparkplatz oder man muss auf den "Bezahl" Parkplatz. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit ansprechbar und kann Italienisch und englisch sprechen.

Hat alles gepasst. Frühstück war zwar italienisch ausgerichtet, man konnte damit aber trotzdem gut in den Tag starten.

Belvedere mit Gardasee Blick

Erstmal danke an Alessandro, super Empfang, super Kommunikation, immer für seine Gäste da ! Schönes Haus mit traumhaften Ausblick. Zimmer sind einfach, eigenes Bad....aber über den Flur, Gemeinschaftsküche mit alles Dingen die man benötigt, mit WG Charme, wir hatten nette Leute um uns...alles chic. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

einfache aber saubere Unterkunft. Sehr sorgsamer Vermieter. Preis/Leistung für Gardaseeverhältnisse super. Der Strassenverkehr war stets deutlich zu hören.....das wusste man laut Beschreibung aber vorher.....

Sauber, sehr netter Vermieter, toller Ausblick

Alessandro ist ein ausgesprochen netter, unomplizierter Vermieter. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber groß genug und zweckmäßig. Der Garten mit dem Seeblick ist besonders prächtig. Nachmittags lässt sich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen finden und abends ist es sehr gemütlich bei einem Gläschen Wein den Ausblick zu genießen. Lediglich der Straßenlärm war störend, die Fenster sind aber gut schalldicht. In der sehr sauberen Gemeinschaftsküche findet jeder seinen Platz für die Lebensmittel in zwei geräumigen Kühlschränken, es ist reichlich Geschirr etc. vorhanden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden automatisch gewechselt, auf Wunsch auch öfter! Eine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit ist ebenfalls vorhanden, sowie eine Garage für die Fahrräder. Alles in Allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt bei Alessandro sehr genossen und werden wohl wiederkommen!

Alles so wie in der Beschreibung und den Bildern

Einfache, aber saubere Unterkunft, ohne großartigen SchnickSchnack. Die Aufnahmen entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Der Vermieter, Alessandro, ist sehr engagiert, dass seine Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Zimmer und die ganze Wohnung ist sehr sauber und Alessandro war sehr freundlich. Tolle Aussicht auf den See vom Garten aus, wo man auch essen oder einfach ein paar Stunden abends verbringen kann. Es gibt auch einen Grill. Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage und man muss mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Es ist etwas laut, da man die Strasse hört. Wir haben uns daran gewöhnt, und waren nur 2 Nächte dort.

Endroit et propriétaire sympathiques!

La chambre est simple et fonctionnelle avec un grand balcon sans vis à vis avec vue sur le lac....et la route un peu bruyante! Le propriétaire est très présent et donne de bons conseils ainsi que les bons plans du coin.
