This charming apartment is located on the ground floor of a farmhouse nestled in the green hills on the border between Le Marche and Romagna. At the foot of the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park and just a few minutes from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast, it offers the peace and quiet of a countryside retreat with the advantage of reaching both Pesaro and Cattolica in less than 10 minutes. Tastefully and carefully furnished, the apartment features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable double sofa bed. A double bedroom and a bathroom with a washing machine complete the accommodation. Beneath a large, centuries-old tree, guests can dine and relax outdoors with a table and chairs, enjoying the breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The farmhouse also includes a beautiful orchard where guests are welcome to pick seasonal fruit.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 60,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
