The Gingerbread House

Self-contained cottage on one floor, surrounded by a large fenced exclusive garden.
Driveway access and possibility of parking in the garden for cars of not large dimensions (gate opening 2.20 mt).
Located in the heart of the city, just a few meters from the main square and the beach; surrounded by shops, near a small but well-stocked supermarket, it guarantees a pleasant and relaxing stay even for those who want to reach the city by train.
The cottage has a double bedroom, a living room with an equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed with a comfortable and voluminous mattress.
From the living room a bright window opens onto the garden; a solid garden table with chairs allows you to enjoy outdoor meals.
The bathroom has a shower.

Little paradise in the middle of the town

The little appartment is situated in 10 minute walk from the beach on one side and 10 minutes walk from the city center on the other side. The neighbours are friendly Italianes and you feel more like being at home than in holiday.

Villa au calme

Une très charmante maison idéalement placée et bien équipée. L' accueil de Paola et le prêt de deux vélos pour sillonner Pesaro ont été un plus très appréciable.

Nettes Häuschen nahe Zentrum und Strand

5min ins Stdatzentrum, 5 min zum Strand, Läden um die Ecke. in einen Quartier mit Villen/Einfamilienhäusern Eher schattig, im Sommer natürlich super, im Herbst ..... Autoeinfahrt nur für fortgeschrittene :-)

Tutto veramente perfetto!!! Pesaro è una bellissima cittadina di mare e Urbino è fantastica. Assolutamente da visitare. La casetta di Paola è bellissima, vicinissima al centro di Pesaro ed al mare. Un peccato la Pasquetta con la pioggia, ma può accadere!!! Grazie di tutto!!!

Mitten in der Stadt und doch sehr privat

Hübsches Haus mit Garten, sowohl nah zur Innenstadt als auch nah zum Strand. Mit den Fahrrädern, die zum Haus gehören, kann man sich einen weiteren Kreis erschließen. Und die Vermieterin ist völlig unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen wirklich erholsamen Urlaub!
