40 m² apartment in the center of Nerja, perfect for 2 guests. Top location: Steps from Torrecilla Beach and Plaza de los Cangrejos, only a 10-min walk to the Balcón de Europa. Restaurants, supermarkets, and services are nearby.
The apartment features an elegant, fully equipped living room and kitchen area that opens onto a bright terrace, perfect for enjoying the climate of Nerja. It offers a bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm). Air conditioning (A/C) is available in both rooms.
Additionally, you'll enjoy 1000 Mb fiber optic Wi-Fi connectivity and two Smart TVs with international channels.
The building offers a communal pool available during the summer months. Please note: A possible pool renovation means availability for summer 2026 is not yet confirmed.
The building has two small elevators (approximately 80 x 85 cm).

We stayed in this apartment for 4 weeks during March and April 2026. We have been coming to Nerja for many years and we can honestly say it is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. The location was excellent with close proximity to the sea and bars, restaurants and shops The apartment was spotlessly clean with all facilities for our needs including a fully fitted kitchen with oven and dishwasher. The bedroom and large bed were extremely comfortable. Thank you Maria and Luis for making our holiday one to remember.
