a few meters away, visible right from your window. This spacious 72 m²
apartment in Barcelona features 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6
guests, making it perfect for families or groups looking for comfort,
style, and a prime location.

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay all year round:
air conditioning throughout, central heating, Wi-Fi, TV, iron, and
hairdryer. The building has an elevator for easy access.

The open-plan kitchen is ready for you to prepare meals like at home,
with fridge, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle,
dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.

Enjoy a bright and functional space where convenience meets one of
Barcelona’s most iconic views. After a day exploring the city, relax in
your apartment and admire the grandeur of the Sagrada Família right
from your window.

Please take note of the following important information before booking:

- Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival;
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby cot:

Price: £30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it
24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

-Additional guest:

Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 €
per night.

-Late arrival:

- Our check-in time is from 15:00 hours. at 19h, Monday to Friday
(consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule,
we will charge 30€ in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is 25/12, 26/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 60 euros.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied
(€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a
complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in
immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the patio.

- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours
intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the
police fine).

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
