it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Additional guest:
Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 €
per night.
-Late arrival:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday
(please consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this
time, we will charge €30 in cash, after 10 p.m. it will be €50.
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00 it will be 50 euros .
- If the arrival day is 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will
be as follows: 40 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00. 60 euros
- The Tourist Tax currently in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be
applied (€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7
nights).
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a
complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in
immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.
- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours
intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the
police fine)
