I understand the location of this property being in bondai is a selling point didn’t expect much for the money after travellig the east coast but we checked out the morning after we arrived , it didn’t reflect the pictures was unclean the bedding was tacky and smelt bad (sweat) the bathroom has an issue as it also really smelt bad and flowed into the sleeping area drawers under bed for clothes full of dust and bugs and under bed filthy . The walls need a lick of paint also dirty etc and the pouffe in the lounge covered in stains also the sofa bed which can be used for two more people was unclean . no toiletries as stated the towels and flannels were old , the kitchen sides were sticky and the sliding entry door was almost off the wall which wasn’t reassuring for security . I don’t expect much for the money am well travelled from basic to five star but do expect cleanliness ..I have given it a two purely for location
