Nestled in the heart of the countryside, The Old Workshop, Combrook, is a charming one bedroom barn conversion which sleeps two guests (no children aged 17 or under permitted). Thoughtfully designed and all on one level, the open plan layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining and living area, creating a bright, welcoming space ideal for relaxing or socialising. A large picture window fills the interior with natural light, adding to the warm and airy feel. The elegant double bedroom offers a restful retreat, with doors opening onto a private balcony overlooking woodland, and a well-appointed and generously sized bathroom completes the accommodation. Located within the grounds of a historic manor house, this unique retreat offers a serene escape with convenient access to the North Cotswolds and Stratford-upon-Avon.The Old Workshop, Combrook, can be booked either on its own or with The Tractor Shed which sleeps six guests. Located next to one another, the two together offer an ideal setup for larger families, or for friends travelling together.

Electric oven, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and dining table with four chairs
Bedroom (Sleeps 2)
Access to balcony, king size bed, built-in wardrobe, mirror and hairdryer
Bathroom
Bath with overhead rain shower and separate handheld shower attachment, loo, basin, mirror and heated towel rail
Outside
Patio, outdoor table seating four, parasol and charcoal BBQ (available from April to September)
There is access to the shared tennis court and partial access to extensive grounds on the estate with a pond and river
