The contemporary kitchen, complete with an island breakfast bar and double-width fridge, is perfectly equipped for preparing memorable meals, while the inviting living area, with its large flat-screen TV, is a comfortable space to unwind. 

This relaxed aesthetic flows throughout all five bedrooms, arranged across three levels. On the lower ground floor, two bedrooms open directly onto the garden and pool level, alongside a utility room, with further steps down to the games room. Upstairs, two further bedrooms share a balcony with lovely sea views. Occupying the top floor, the principal bedroom with its en suite shower room enjoys access to a wraparound balcony, affording uninterupted views over the Ionian Sea, surrounding countryside, valleys, mountains and across to Zakynthos.
