Property features unobstructed views of mountains from the Living Room, Master Bedroom and Kitchen as well as scenic views from Dining Room, Guest Bedroom and Study. Executive desk and office space included. Private extended patio provides comfortable seating to phenomenal views of mountains and southern Arizona wildlife. Sunny and bright kitchen offers a granite countertop island workplace and is well-stocked with high quality cookware. Enjoy the cozy fireplace while relaxing in the Living Room or with favorite beverages on the scenic patio. Large Master Bathroom features garden tub and walk-in shower. Townhome includes king bed, queen bed, and a pull-out sofa.
Very close to large variety of restaurants, golf courses, bike trails and shopping. Hilton El Conquistador Resort within walking/driving distance. Heated resort pool memberships available. Minimum stay of 30 days required per HOA guidelines.

What a View

The unit was exceptionally clean upon arrival and well outfitted. The owner, Dave, was very accommodating and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. Great location, stunning view, and pleasant stay. Happy to do it again.

Recommend highly. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. “Uncle” Dave was very helpful getting tennis/pool privileges for our kids. We spent four wonderful weeks here. Terrific views. Easy access to golf course.

We were really lucky to choose this home for our two weeks in Oro Valley. The home was clean, spacious and well provisioned. We spent a lot of time on the patio which featured great views. It is in a very convenient yet quiet location. The owner, David, responded promptly to our questions and requests. He was very conscientious and he wanted to make sure that we had a pleasant stay.

Wonderful place in Oro Valley!

We stayed for a month in mid Feb 2018 and had a wonderful time. The townhouse was lovely: it has been nicely updated, was roomy and suited our needs perfectly. We felt right at home. The furnishings are new, the kitchen is fully equipped and we the large TV was great for watching the Winter Olympics. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the large back patio, watching wildlife, the occasional golfer and gazing at that gorgeous Pusch Ridge view. The location in Oro Valley is close to everything: grocery stores, shopping, hiking trails and easy access to Oracle. The townhouse is located in a quiet community that is walkable and friendly: a very restful neighborhood. The owner, David, was very helpful and takes pride in his property.
