CROYDE PARK CORNER OVERVIEW

Croyde Park Corner is a stunning and spacious four-bedroom coastal bungalow located just minutes from the golden sands of Croyde Beach and the heart of the village. Perfectly suited to families, groups of friends, or multi-generational holidays, this stylish home blends comfort, beachside charm and modern convenience. Set within an enclosed plot with a private driveway, generous gardens, and an optional hot tub, it offers everything you need for a relaxing North Devon escape. The home is also dog-friendly, so your four-legged friends can join the adventure.

LIVING AREAS

The heart of the home is a light-filled open-plan living area with hardwood flooring and a welcoming, airy atmosphere. The lounge is furnished with two large, plush sofas and a soft armchair, creating a cosy space to unwind. A Smart TV with soundbar, pouffe stool, coffee tables, and a selection of books and board games provide entertainment for all ages. Sliding doors open out to the rear garden and terrace, seamlessly linking indoor and outdoor spaces.

KITCHEN & DINING

Sociable and modern, the raised kitchen area is designed for ease and enjoyment. It includes an electric oven and hob, double sink, 4-slice toaster, dishwasher, double-door Beko fridge/freezer with chilled water dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, microwave, spice rack, and ample crockery, glassware and utensils. The adjacent dining area seats eight comfortably around a generous table. A high chair is available on request.

UTILITY ROOM

Tucked away beside the kitchen, the utility room includes a washing machine, second sink, vacuum cleaner, iron and board, and cleaning materials. It also provides access to a third bathroom - ideal for rinsing off sandy toes after a beach trip.

BEDROOMS

Master Bedroom: Accessed via four steps, this elegant and spacious room features a double bed, Smart TV, mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, and sliding doors opening to the rear garden. The en-suite shower room includes a WC, basin, and heated towel rail.
Mezzanine Office Space: Within the master suite, stairs lead to a quiet office nook with desk, chair, and Velux window. A door leads to a rear balcony with access to the rooftop terrace.

Bedroom Two: This cosy double room overlooks the front garden and includes a Smart TV, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, freestanding mirror, and hanging rail.

Bedroom Three: A twin bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables with lamps, and clothes hanging rail. Overlooks the peaceful front garden - great for children or friends sharing.

Bedroom Four: Bright and spacious, this room includes 2 x single beds (which can be configured as a super king on request), mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables with reading lights.

BATHROOMS

En-Suite (Master Bedroom): Modern walk-in shower, WC, hand basin, and heated towel rail.
Family Bathroom: Spacious and well-appointed with full-size bath, separate shower enclosure (overhead and handheld), WC, basin, shaving point.
Utility Bathroom (Ground Floor): Includes a power shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail - great after the beach or hot tub.
Bath and hand towels are provided for all guests.

OUTDOORS

Front Garden & Driveway: An enclosed, gated space with mature hedging, a raised lawn and parking for three vehicles. Plenty of room for surfboards, bikes, and beach gear.
Rear Garden & Terrace: Sliding doors lead to a large terrace with outdoor dining furniture, BBQ, and sun loungers. A raised deck area houses the optional hot tub (additional fee applies). The spacious enclosed lawn is ideal for kids’ play and garden games, surrounded by high hedging for privacy.
Rooftop Terrace: Accessed via the mezzanine office, this elevated deck boasts panoramic views across Croyde’s rooftops and out toward the coast. Furnished with loungers and chairs, it’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks or stargazing.
