This apartment includes a private lawned garden to the rear of the property complete with table and chairs on the decking to enjoy a glass of wine - a perfect place to watch the sunset over the rural Downend hills!

Located within a secure development with private car park and intercom entry system, all of this is just a 5 minute walk away from the famous surfing beach that is Croyde Bay.

Available to let all year round, for long or short breaks, a perfect apartment to relax in after a long day at the beach and just a short walk away from the centre of Croyde, which has a wonderful selection of pubs and cafes, all with extensive menus, not to mention the famous delicious local Ice Cream parlour. Additionally, there is a village store and post office along with surf shops to hire or buy anything you could possibly need to go and relax on the beach or hit the surf.

Great spot, great accomodation.

Enjoyed our stay despite the weather. Loved everything, especially the local to the beach and the secure parking. Its a ways to the village pub and shops but easy to park there. The flat is like new and has everything, except a dryer if so needed... the rain made it needed for us?

Excellent stay and good communication with owner

Four day break for myself, Husband and daughter over Christmas. Excellent property and great communication with the owner. Lovely hamper on arrival and housekeeper on call for any queries.

Short break

We booked very last minute to stay at 4 Point View having been let down by a previous reservation on Vrbo. Point View was a lucky last minute find! The apartment is very well equipped, close to the beach and local pubs. Great that there was parking too. It gave us a great base for the few days we were in Croyde. A very enjoyable stay.

Great holiday

We had a great stay at point view apartments. The location was excellent and the apartment was very spacious. I feel the apartment could have been cleaner and a little more TLC. Overall great holiday
