It is with pleasure that we will welcome you in our small villa in the heart of the Golf de l'Ardilouse, on the edge of the forest. You will discover the new modern and pleasant decoration so that you feel at home. An entrance with large closet, a washing machine. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, fridge and freezer. 1 sitting area in the kitchen with new sofa 2 pers. + Flat screen LED TV + 1 bedroom 2 pers + bathroom with toilet on the ground floor then 1 bedroom 2 people of 11 m2 upstairs with 1 large wardrobe, a dresser, and 1 bathroom - toilet. You can enjoy the garden (with plant hedges) of 260 m2 which goes around the villa, the wooden terrace with sunbeds, garden tables and chairs, and barbecue. The veranda has a lounge and a dining table 6 pers. south facing. Private parking nearby is reserved for you and 4 bicycles with anti-theft devices are at your disposal for free.

A really pleasant stay

We had a pleasant stay there, everything was perfect. The house is really well equipt and the surrounding is very quiet. The host Severine is really nice and it was always possible to reach her by WhatsApp. Only the beds are a little bit too short for me (1,92) and my son (1,82). Unfortunately there are no towels.

Das Haus ist toll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders haben wir den Wintergarten genossen, der sich durch die großen Glastüren zum Garten öffnen lässt sowie die tolle Terrasse. Mit den Fahrrädern waren wir fix am Strand oder in der Stadt.

Das Haus liegt schön im Pinienwald und sozusagen inmitten eines Golfplatzes. Wir, ein Paar mit Teenager (keine Golfspieler), haben uns im Ferienhaus und dem Garten sehr wohlgefühlt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Betten empfanden alle als besonders bequem. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist die verglaste Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unproblematisch.

Erholung pur

Das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus hat für uns sofort die perfekte Ferienatmosphäre geschaffen. Wir haben uns auch oft im (von anderen nicht einsehbaren) Garten aufgehalten. Sehr gut hat uns die zu öffnende Glasverranda gefallen, wo man mit Blick ins Grüne zu jeder Tageszeit an einem großen Tische sitzen kann. Die Nordterrasse war in der Mittagszeit unser Lieblingsort. Trotz vieler anderer Häuser in unmittelbarer Umgebung genossen wir die Ruhe. Mehrere Strände, ebenso Bäckereien oder das Zentrum sind mit dem Fahrrad leicht zu erreichen. Die "vacances à Lacanau" - wie es im Esszimmer an der Wand steht - haben für uns hier mit der ersten Minute begonnen.

Maison très bien située, au calme,dans une résidence toute proche du golf, à proximité des nombreuses possibilités de balades dans les pinèdes et à 20 minutes à pied de la plage. Une maison parfaitement située sur le golf, un jardinet charmant avec véranda pour les petits dejeuners au soleil, une deco soignée, avec tous ces petits détails qui font le week end parfait: vélos, dosettes de café, tous les produits nécessaires sur place ! Sonniges Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich außerhalb von Lacanau in ruhiger Lage direkt umgeben von Golfplätzen. Mit dem Rad sind es 3 km zum Strand, auf gut ausgebauten Radwegen. Das Objekt liegt auf einem sonnigen Grundstück mit ausreichendem Aussenmobiliar. Einziger Nachteil des Objektes: Küche und Aufenthaltsbereich sind leider -baulich bedingt- sehr dunkel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich, immer zeitnah und verbindlich! Insgesamt ein guter, erholsamer Aufenthalt!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ausgezeichneter Lage

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in Lacanau sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist top - am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Lacanau-Océan und damit sehr ruhig. Mit dem Rad ist man in weniger als einer Viertelstunde im Ort und an den Stränden. Die gesamte Strecke kann auf Radwegen zurückgelegt werden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Die Dusche ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Wohnbereich hätte etwas größer sein können. Dies wurde aber durch die überdachte Terrasse mit ihren verschließbaren Glastüren ausgeglichen. Ein sehr schöner Ort zum Frühstücken und für den späteren Abend. Die vielfältigen Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse und im Garten sind ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Ort um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Une petite maison, si cosy !

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour, la salle à manger ensoleillée, qui chauffe au moindre rayon de soleil, même aux vacances de Toussaint, un équipement cuisine complet et agréable, de multiples petites attentions, nos petites filles et nous mêmes avons apprécié.... ( Un tout petit bémol : la douche un peu exigüe, à cause du rideau intérieur) A conseiller absolument ! Christine.

Maison idéalement située, au calme. Entre golf et océan. Nature, pistes cyclables, très bon équipement de la maison qui permet de profiter au maximum des lieus et des environs dès l'arrivée. Une location vraiment idéale pour de très belles vacances !

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Sehr freundliche & hilfsbereite Vermieter. Vielen Dank für das 4. Fahrrad, so konnten wir in 10 min mit der ganzen Familie zum Strand und in den Ort fahren. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die technische Austattung ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man hört sogar das Meer. Wir waren zum 3. mal in Lacanau und kommen mit Sicherheit irgendwann wieder.

Schönes Haus

So wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, gibt es fast alles, was man braucht. Alles ist sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die schönen Strände und der Ort sind mit den Fahrrädern in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Markt am Mittwoch. Wir haben uns hier in den zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten gerne wiederkommen.

Perfect house

We stayed for 1 week at this lovely house. The kitchen is well furnished, there is a Bbq, a dishwasher, a nespresso (what else?) and also a washing machine. We loved the quietness and peacefulness of the garden. The house is nearby the golfcourse and the beach (10 minutes by bike). We definitily recommend the house.

Super location à Lacanau !

Très chouette maison moderne et au calme de la pinède à Lacanau (tout près de Lacanau Océan). La maison contient tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances ainsi que plein de petites choses qui font la différence (une super veranda pour les repas et comme salon, la cuisine bien fournie, le wifi etc...). Les propriétaires sont également très accueillants et sympathiques. Bon séjour garanti !

A great holiday home!!!

We spent our vacation in august in Lacanau and had a great time in the house of Sevérine and Bernard. All rooms are very modern, clean and tastefully furnished. In the kitchen you find everything you need: dishes, glasses, coffee maschine, pots, bottle opener some spices like salt and pepper, cleaning stuff etc..). In the house you find also a lot of unexpectet thins, which are very nice to have. For example: games, chess, two bikes, a big TV, a lot of brochures about Lacanau/Bordeaux etc. The Highlight for us was the big „winter garden“ with access to the a outside. That is the perfect place to take the breakfast or dinner in the eventing. And you can spent time there, when it is raining. The whole settlement/handling with Sevérine and Barnard was perfect. They took care of us and were always available to answer our questions. We can say anything negativ! Also location and the environs is very nice. With the bike you are in 10 oder 15 minutes on the beach. We are shure to come back!
