Diana's place is exactly as advertised. Pictures offer a great viewing, the unit is VERY clean, nice touches of wine glasses, bottle of wine, table placesettings. AC kept it nice and cool. Unit was easily walkable to Raymond James stadium. Would definitely stay at again when visiting Tampa.

This place was perfect. The host obviously put a lot of time and research into what travelers need and prefer. It was spotless, plenty of towels, strong AC, quiet neighborhood, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils (maybe I would have added a cutting board),

Beautiful efficiency room. Convenient roomy off street parking. Convenient location. Well-stocked room with everything you need. Could not be happier with this stay. Better than some luxury hotels that I have stayed in.

We loved our stay here. It was a quick one night stay but loved it! The little house is decorated beautifully, super clean and organized with absolutely everything you need and more. Diana is a great host, very communicative and helpful. We were attending an event at the Raymond James stadium - which has crazy expensive parking. This little house is only a 15 minute walk to there - so it was perfect. We will definitely we back.

Excellent stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from Raymond James Stadium. My friend and I stayed here for a concert, and it was super convenient to be able to walk over and back. The host has clearly taken extra care with this property. Ample amenities, including plenty of towels, a clothing steamer, coffee, dish-ware, pots and pans, etc. The bathroom was even stocked with a few bandaids, q-tips, cotton pads, etc. The place is spotless clean. The remotes even had extra batteries available just in case. WiFi was fast, AC kept the place nice and cool. The host Diana was responsive and fantastic. We had a few simple questions during our stay, and she got back to me right away. I highly recommend this property for your next Tampa stay!
