Beautiful vacation rental

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the view from the balcony overlooking the golf was absolutely stunning. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The location was also ideal—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and a super sweet. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

Stay in Myrtle Beach - Barefoot Resort

Barefoot Resort was very nice community with a relaxed atmosphere that was a very close car ride to the main shops and attractions. The condo was very nice, clean, and had all the accommodations for the beach. House was very well stocked with the daily living accommodations. Richard was very helpful and checked in throughout the week to see if we needed anything in the condo. Certainly would highly recommend and would stay again in the future.

This is our 6th visit to this property and always an amazing time. Close to everything and we love Barefoot and the entire neighborhood. We love all the updates to the property including amazing spa towels, furniture and infant/toddler friendly all you have to do is hop on the car and head down. The views are amazing and close to everything.

Richard’s place was wonderful. This was our first time staying at a VRBO and it was a truly great experience. Condo was comfortable and very clean with everything you would need. Including streaming for Netflix, Hulu and Disney is a nice touch. Richard responded in a timely manner whenever I had questions. I definitely recommend staying there and I would love to stay again.

North Myrtle Beach Condo in Barefoot Resort

Great, well maintained condo. Close to pool, beach, and lots of fun activities. Host provided lots of thoughtful extras-laundry pods, dish washing liquid, paper towels, even a filled brita water pitcher, plus all of the beach gear and dog gear. It's on the third floor so it's a good view of the golf course. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

We would recommend this property to all who are interested! We had a wonderful stay, and the property is just as picture and the owners where very helpful! We where able to bring our little dog and he loved sitting on the deck with us watching the grounds crew and golfers. The pools where very nice, the weather was great all week, and Barefoot landing is a lot of fun. The resturants are close and very good prices also.This maybe our home away from home the next time we go to Myrtle Beach. Thanks again!

Wonderful stay at this property!

I can't recommend Rich enough as a host! He provided complimentary snacks and beverages when we checked in. Beach towels, dog bowels, laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs, beach chairs and a wagon were all included. Rich was also extremely responsive as a host when the fire alarm was beeping. It was fixed the next day. The check out process was also a breeze. 5/5 stars and would absolutely stay here again!!!!

Property was beautiful, everything that was described. Place had everything you need and more for your stay. Family had a great time and Rich was helpful and there if you needed anything just a text away. I would recommend staying at this property to anyone who wants to listen. Will get some exercise walking up to third floor, but knew that going in. Clean, beautiful and won’t disappoint .

We had an amazing time. The condo was very clean, spacious and had very comfortable furniture…the bed and bedding was so comfy! Richard was a great host checking in on us throughout our stay. He has thought of everything from the nice little coffee bar with an expresso maker to the bathrooms stocked with shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! We enjoyed having coffee out on the balcony in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. The neighborhood/community was perfect and close to everything. We enjoyed the huge pool and the Marina bar and grill! We had a blast and would recommend booking this condo!l

Perfect Place for our Myrtle Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Barefoot. The resort was clean, well maintained, and perfectly safe to walk around. It is also very large, so walking possibilities are endless. We didn't have bikes, but they would also be great there. The condo was excellent. Clean, well decorated, and spacious. We actually enjoyed the third floor because the view from the balcony was great. The condo had way more amenities than we needed, but suffice to say, it was not lacking of anything. Location was good, as it was just a short drive to golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We recommend this place and hope to return.

The property was nearly perfect: new, neat, fully stocked, missing nothing. Things that would have been nice: knowing how far back in the resort the property sits; knowing the unit was on the walk-up third floor; knowing how to dispose of waste vs. recycling; instructions for the very sparse TV remotes that likely could do just about anything (if we could’ve figured them out). All tiny “issues” that didn’t diminish our enjoyment one bit. (Also annoying how this space won’t allow editing!

The BEST condo

I wish there was an option to give 100 stars. The pictures are great but being there was even better. There was NOTHING & I mean nothing that we could want for. Rich has thought of every possible need. Even the toilet paper was soft. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality dishes, cookery, utensils, you name it or need it, it is there for you. He even left a bowl of snacks and Nespresso pods. For our pup, there were treats, a soft plush dog bed, and all the other things you would need. The towels and linens were soft and comfortable. The condo was so nice and homely we did not want to leave. The balcony golf view is exceptional and although the weather was not warm enough to use the pool, the development is spectacular. Would highly recommend Rich's condo to anyone.

Wow - what a wonderful stay in a prime location! First and foremost, Richard is a very responsive host. My husband and I had some questions about restaurants and shopping centers, and his recommendations were fantastic. This unit is beautifully renovated, and was in pristine condition when we arrived. Everything from the bed linens, towels, and kitchen appliances were spotless. Everything was carefully thought out - from the new furniture (beds, couch, outdoor furniture, night stands, etc.) to the decor (flowers, artwork, etc.) is tastefully done. We were very comfortable staying here and have already booked our next stay at this property. I would like to add that Broadway at the beach is a short drive and totally worth it. We very much enjoyed Richard’s recommendation of Yamato Hibachi. It was our favorite meal of the week. Can not forget to mention the beautiful view of the golf course from the balcony of the unit!

Try to find it!

Try to find something you need that is not available in this wonderfully appointed condo. This clean, comfortable home and the owner, Rich, demonstrates a respect for his guests that we have not experienced in our many stays with VRBO. The furniture, bedding and kitchen appointments are top of the line and makes it easy to relax and consider the place a home away…In the deck closet is everything beach related that you may need.If you are traveling with a pet, everything you need is there. Dishes, treats, cat litter, etc. The condo is on the 3rd floor of 3. We are 66 and 68 and had no issues getting up and down. The home at the top of the stairs is worth the climb. The neighbors were quiet and the community was pleasant. Everything including the beach is close by, but not in walking distance. There is Parking near the beach. We were there in off season so parking was not an issue as it would be during high season. The community has a shuttle to get you to the beach without traffic or parking drama. The owner, Rich, is very responsive and kind. He will take good care of you!You should consider this home for your stay. We will be back again and again. Thanks Rich!

I’m based in New York and have owned this condo for years, but over the last few seasons I’ve completely reimagined it into the kind of place I’d actually want to stay in myself.

I spend time here every summer with my children, so the goal was simple: make everything easy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable — not just “rental quality.” From upgraded furnishings and finishes to a fully stocked kitchen and beach setup, everything is designed so guests can arrive, settle in, and relax without having to think about what’s missing.

I take a lot of pride in the details and keep the place maintained to a high standard. Whether it’s your first visit or a return stay, I want it to feel like a place you can count on.

Barefoot Resort is one of the best areas in North Myrtle Beach because it gives you a true resort feel without being directly in the middle of the crowds.
