Two bedroom, two bath condo is in the Arbor Trace community of Barefoot Golf Resort. Experience the ultimate in resort style living without the high priced resort fees. This unit can accommodate 6 with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa. Master bedroom mattress replaced in August of 2023!

This spacious two bedroom, two bath condo at Arbor Trace is well maintained and nicely decorated. It also features a screened in porch. You'll have all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and washer & dryer.

Arbor Trace has it's own private community swimming pool & BBQ area. During peak summer months take the complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the lifeguards stationed on the beach.

Barefoot Resort has four pro-designed, world-class golf courses, the Norman course, the Davis Love course, the Dye course, and the Fazio course. Golfers are welcomed by an elegant clubhouse.

Great Vacation

Minutes from the beach

Nice quiet spot minutes from the beach. Owners and guests that were staying at the resort were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay here while waiting to close on our new home in Conway. There were knats in the condo that were a bit of a nuisance. We did not cook in the condo and ate our meals out as a result.

Family Fun

This was the first time I was not ocean front at the beach and we knew this booking this place, but I felt it was too fat in the neighborhood as well to enjoy walking to Barefoot Landing.

Nice and quiet

The condo was quiet and comfortable, very relaxing. Nice walking/biking trails, we took advantage of them. There’s golf on premises, but we didn’t take advantage of it. September was a great time to go, good weather and not as crowded. The downside of going after Labor Day is the pool for the unit was closed.

Renters be aware of agreement - All rental may not be maintenanced properly

this property looked great in photos but air quality/ac issues/ cleaning says otherwise. I rented the space and day 1 the AC was now cool and filter was very dirty with foul smell in rental space. Property Management company was responsive but not concerned enough to repair problem right away as well as owners. Problem was not fixed for 5 days into my family 7 day rental. Myrtle beach a great place to stay but not at this unit.

As soon as the issue was brought to our attention hat 2nd day of your stay, we sent an HVAC tech to access the issue. It was determined the unit needed to be replaced. While waiting on the AC system to be replaced, we provided a portable AC unit to keep the unit comfortable and the entire HVAC unit was replaced as soon as the HVAC company had the machine and availability to install.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at the property. The unit was well cared for and clean and nicely decorated and spacious for the two of us. We were disappointed with the management company. We had to wait exactly to 4 o'clock to check in even though we pre-checked in upon our arrival from CANADA at 1PM that day. We had to go back to get the door code. Once we received the door code at 4PM we drove to our unit only to find that the code did not work. We tried calling the management company but they were too busy checking everyone in at 4PM to answer our call. We had to drive back to their office to get another door code which we hoped would work and then drive back to the unit once again. Luckily it did work as the management company was closing its doors at 5PM. In this day and age surely they could have texted us the code OR as we have done with all other rental units have the code emailed to the customer the week before their rental. This was not a good start to our vacation and the management company never offered any compensation or even apologized for the inconvenience. I don't think they understand that we just drove 16 hours to get to the unit! If I knew how to contact the owner I would tell him to lose the management company and get with the times. We rent in Florida all the time and never have to drive anywhere to get a door code.

Just being honest.

Shower curtain had pink mold on it. Both beds were extremely uncomfortable. When flushing toilet in main bedroom the toilet would keep running. Shower in spare bedroom didn’t drain properly Floors on arrival were dirty Screen porch was not clean and furniture was not comfortable . Disappointing.

Everyone was tired and had children and was upset with the process. No one was directing you ..My shower drain was backed up. I waded in water when I took a shower and toilet wouldn’t flush. Contacted you and was handled quickly. I closed off both bedrooms and maintenance came in and our rooms were opened. I found this very disturbing as the issues were in small bathroom and they should of never been in our rooms. Even after the maintenance came I felt the drain to be no better. The toilet was fixed..The Tv was quite confusing. The one in living room took me days to figure out how to use to even get a news channel. It would of been helpful if directions were left.I had also killed 4 bugs in my bathroom and bedroom. I have stayed at condo 614 for 4 years previously and never had an issue.The condo was nicely decorated and had what we needed to cook for.I found the floors to be a gritty feeling. I owned a cleaning business and I feel the cleaning of the floors needed better attention..

Clean and quiet condo

Nice location. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice appliances. Pretty much everything you’d need was in the room already. Furniture needs updating, most specifically the sofa bed. It is not equipped to comfortably accommodate 2 people. Would stay again if I had a smaller party.

Who rents a unit that is under roof replacement???

We love the Barefoot Landing setting, BUT… why would you ever show this unit as available when it is having the roof replaced during our stay??? Since we were on the first floor in the middle of the building, the contractor workmen set up their cooler and bottled water cases just outside our door. I understand they did this for the shade, but they were aware we were renters as they BANGED on our door the first early morning to tell us we had to move our vehicle so they could bring in heavy lifting equipment and take up all the parking spaces by our unit. We did not have any fore warning that this was going to take place and we called North Beach Realty to express our dissatisfaction that this was not made known. They told us “they” had NO IDEA that this was going to happen and said they would call the hoa. Had we known of this, we would not have rented this unit!! I can say that the repairman “Dillon Dowell” who came to repair the sofa bed and replace some lights and batteries for smoke detector was very cordial and professional (North Beach Realty employee) However, coming back to our room everyday to find trash strewn in front of our door and the throwing down of old roofing near our rear patio was quite upsetting and nearly ruined our vacation experience. Surely, if your business is renting units, you would make it YOUR BUSINESS to ensure that NO CONSTRUCTION IS OCCURRING AT THE UNITS YOU RENT during a requested stay!
