The villa develops over three levels and 350 sq.m.

Lower Floor:
A private retreat featuring a double bedroom (180x200 cm) with mininar and an en-suite bathroom with shower. This level is also home to the villa’s exclusive wellness and fitness area, complete with a hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, and an additional bathroom.

Ground Floor:
A spacious and elegantly designed living area featuring a comfortable lounge with a TV and a stylish dining space. The modern, well-equipped kitchen offers everything needed for culinary creations. This level also includes a guest bathroom and a convenient laundry room.

First Floor:
The main entrance to the villa is here and it leads to a serene sleeping area. Here, you’ll find a luxurious master bedroom (180x200 cm) with a private en-suite bathroom and shower, along with two refined double bedrooms (160x200 cm), each with its own en-suite bathroom and shower.

Outdoor Spaces and Amenities:
Step outside and immerse yourself in the stunning outdoor oasis. The spacious veranda and sun-drenched terraces provide the perfect setting for relaxation, while the beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden surrounds the villa with lush greenery.
At the heart of the outdoor area lies a spectacular swimming pool with hydro-massage corner (19x3.6m; 0.2 – 1.4m deep; open all year; depuration: salt), ideal for soaking up the Sicilian sun, and private Jacuzzi (2.7 x 2.7m; 0.4 – 0.9m deep; heated up to 28 Celsius; 8 seats; open all year). A fully equipped barbecue area, complete with a traditional wood-fired oven and a stylish alfresco dining space, invites guests to enjoy long, leisurely meals under the stars. For added convenience, an outdoor bathroom (WC and sink) is also available.

PLEASE NOTE:
- In a reserved area of the property lives a young couple who discreetly and professionally take care of the maintenance of the house, the garden and the pool.
- The swimming pool and wellness area (hot tub, emotional shower and relaxation area) can be used freely. For the sauna and Turkish bath, it is necessary to notify the staff on site 3 hours in advance.
