House sits high on bluff overlooking the Sea of Abaco with large dock in place. Additional deck with plunge pool/spa with infinity edge. Commercial ice maker makes boating even easier. Crystal clear waters provide excellent snorkeling right at the house. Two kayaks also. Large covered and screened patio with gas grill. A wonderful place to stay with an exceptional view!!!! My husband really appreciated the dock, fish cleaning station and my family loved the spool!!!! We will stay here again when we return to Turtle Cay!!!!

The location is amazing with a beautiful view of the turquoise water. It feels very private but we could walk to a few restaurants. Otherwise, we rented a golf cart to go around the island as well as a boat that we could dock at the house. So each morning, we could load a cooler and fishing gear and head out for the day in the boat. Or we could take the golf cart and drive to gorgeous beaches with no crowds.The interior has comfortable and well maintained furniture and a kitchen that met all our needs. We used the pool daily enjoying a glass of champagne while enjoying the sunset and the beautiful landscaping.Brad, the owner checked with us several times before and during our stay and John provided all needed local support.We have been going to Green Turtle Cay for almost 25 years and we will be back to Pair of Aces.

The house, location, pool, dock, Ice machine, generator and care takers made this a perfect place to stay. We loved it. Had a Blast and would definitely go back. Strongly recommend the home cooked meal from Margaret and spear/conch trip with Capt Chris Jones.

Great stay at Pair of Aces!

Perfect place to stay if your bringing your boat! Great dockage. Water, electric and a fish cleaning table! Jump in the beautiful waters after clean up and float or snorkel! Then into the jacuzzi! House appointed well and VERY comfortable! Highly recommend!

Fantastic, gorgeous, and amazing host!

Definitely going back! We've stayed in quite a few homes through the various vacation rental platforms and no host has been as communicative as Brad. He's diligent and concerned that everything is going smoothly. He was incredibly considerate. I would stay here again, absolutely. The spot is gorgeous, the dock made renting a boat very convenient, and we were even dropped off and picked up by the ferry at that dock!

Beautiful House and great location

We had a wonderful stay at Pair of Aces! The views and the house were amazing. The check in and check out process with John and Dianna was easy and quick. We love Green Turtle and will be back again. We have been renting different homes there for over twenty years.

Great accommodation for 2 couples

Very clean, perfect size for two couples. We used the dock, the screened patio, the plunge pool and chaise lounges, hammock daily. Would have liked to use the boat lift overnight a couple nights when there was wind/rough seas.Host and caretakers were easy to contact and communicate with.its a lovely place, well equipped and maintained.

The house is great! For us, the location was not perfect because the other 2 families we were with were about a20 minute golf ride away but we liked the views and the house. If they had been closer to us, it would have been perfect.

Best week ever!

The house and Green Turtle Cay exceeded our expectations. Brad, our host was so friendly, helpful and everything was seamless. The transportation from the airport to the ferry and then being dropped off at the dock of the house set the tone that we were in the best hands. Everyone works together and the community is happy and hard working. We absolutely loved boating, fishing, snorkeling, spear fishing and making memories. The house couldn’t have been more perfect for our family. The view is breathtaking and the setting as a whole was so relaxing. We will definitely be back. Pair of Aces is where it’s at! Thank you.

Fisherman's Paradise

Pair of Aces is a beautiful property with perfect amenities for fisherman and families alike. The home is well appointed and clean. Great location and views of the Abaco Sea on a the beautiful island of Green Turtle Cay. Having ice on-hand, a bait freezer, dockage, and killer dock cleaning station makes this a fisherman's paradise. We can't wait to visit again!

Green Turtle Paradise

We LOVED our stay at Pair Of Aces. The view is spectacular, location perfect, pool amazing, house wonderfully appointed. AC cold(super important to us), beds and linens cozy(also top priority), ice machine a lifesaver(convenient & $8/bag when you have to buy it), generator popped on immediately when the power went out which happens periodically, and we were impacted zero from it. It was almost perfect. The only problem we had and that I didn’t find mentioned in the ad or any other reviews. We came by boats from Florida(2-24ft center consoles) and we were completely unable to use the dock to keep the boats or swim/snorkel/kayak from because the wind was coming from the west, and made waters very very rough on this side of the island. We had to find last minute accommodations for the boats(which we were lucky enough to find) and incurred a good bit of unexpected additional expense keeping the two boats elsewhere for 8 nights. There are always always surprises on trips like these, and it was not big deal to us, but I felt should be mentioned. Please, please understand we ADORED our stay. and the house, owner, & Margaret & Ken were absolutely wonderful and helpful. The food Margaret prepared was amazing the Goombay Smash is totally a Must Have. There are too many awesome things to mention. We would definitely stay here again and again and dearly loved Green Turtle, and all of the surrounding islands and adventures. Thank you for an amazing vacation stay.

Bahamas trip

Beautiful home was the perfect size for our family of 5. Margaret, care taker, was very sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend having her cook a Bahamian meal. She cooked for 16 of us and it was delicious. Lovely island and everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Gorgeous from every direction!

My family of four stayed here and although the weather wasn’t the greatest with rain, wind and cloudy most days the property made it so much better. The views right from the porch were breathtaking and sitting in the infinity spa at night was amazing. We enjoyed the kayakes around the dock area and being able to dock our boat right there at the house when it wasn’t too windy! It was a super short golf cart ride to the Tranquil Turtle for lunch or dinner and they had volleyball there. We would definitely stay here again next time!!

Excellent Home and Location

Pair of Aces was our home on Green Turtle Cay for 2 weeks and was exactly as described. We could not have asked for a better house or location, and the caretakers, Margaret and Ken, are quite helpful and available when needed. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering a home to rent on GTC should rent Pair of Aces, except the days we want to be there. Yes, we will be back.

Better than Expected

While I hesitate to write too good of a review for my own selfish reasons, the house was excellent. The house was well stocked with towels, linens, etc. The location is perfect and the host/caretaker are first class all the way. You rarely get the view, location, dock, pool, amenities, and my favorite part, THE ICE MAKER!!! BAHAMAS GOLD!!! The house is a duplex design where the tenants use the bottom floor of the house, and the upstairs remains unoccupied and used exclusively for and by the owner, when there are no rentals in place. The rented space is so quiet, because its concrete and block construction, that you may need a noise maker because it is insanely quiet! The spa/plunge pool, SPOOL, heats up very fast and is just the icing on the cake for this lovely and well built property. We will defiantly be back!

Christmas in Paradise!!

We had such a wonderful time at the Pair of Aces!! We spent the week of Christmas and had the best experience. The house is perfect, we loved the porch , plunge pool/ jacuzzi especially at night to see the stars. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Everything you need for cooking is there! We did pack a cooler with frozen items which helped from buying so much at the grocery in Marsh Harbor. Brad gave us such incredible information which made everything so easy!! Margaret and Ken were so nice and helpful to make sure everything was running smoothly. The Pier was awesome , we rented fishing rods from Brendal’s and caught a couple of mangrove snappers. We snorkeled everyday off the pier and saw lots of tropical fish. The kayaks were nice to take out to cruise around the island. We rented a 26 ft boat from Sunrise marina , which was perfect for 5 people and cruised the islands, snorkeling and petting the pigs and the highlight was feeding the stingrays and sharks at Munjack Cay. They seemed to love squid which we bought at Brendal’s. We rented 2 golf carts from D&P rentals which is must for getting around. We enjoyed all the local restaurants, we had great times at the Tranquil Turtle and Pineapple’s and Sundowners. Next time we come we will definitely bring more cash. Lots of places are cash only. The location of this house was so incredibly beautiful and the sunsets were the best!!! Can’t wait to come back 😊

Green Turtle Cay never disappoints

Beautiful house and property. We really enjoyed the plunge pool as well as swimming and snorkeling off the dock. We rented a boat and the docking was easy and secure. We had a golf cart which was also nice for exploring the beach access points. Margaret and Ken were great - Margaret cooked us dinner the first night and everything was delicious! This was our 8th trip to GTC and we'll be back soon!
