About this property

Bennett House Beautiful New Oceanfront Home with new pool

The Bennett House is the ideal vacation home. It is a complete new build since Dorian in 2019.

We are directly on the beach .The view from the screened back porch is breathtaking. Very private location and quiet beach.

This is a privately owned home and sleeps 8 comfortably.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.On the first floor is the living area with den, dining room, fully furnished kitchen,1 bedroom (with a king size bed) and full bath with shower.The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, all king beds, 2 full bathrooms and laundry room.

The house has all the comforts of 'home'. We have split a/c units in every bedroom and 1 split unit downstairs in the living area.
We also have whole house automatic backup generator installed and working for your comfort in case the power is interrupted.
We have Wireless Internet but please bring your own laptop.
We have 3 outdoor only security cameras.
There is a 70’ inch tv in the living area and 4 TVs in bedrooms for streaming.
We have both, a cistern for water and city water for your convenience .

All linens/beach towels/hair dryers are furnished.

We have a decked outdoor kitchen with top of the line stainless steel grill, tile countertop and the best view ever.

You can snorkel, swim, lobster or fish out the back door! Right behind the house are some of the most beautiful coral reefs in the world. We have a walk in outdoor shower. There is a paddle board on the deck for guests.

You will love our screened back porch where we have 3 rockers and a table with 6 chairs for outside dining or simply relaxing and listening to the waves.


We are on the oceanside of the island and sit on the beach of the Atlantic Ocean.We are perfectly located in the middle of the island.By golf cart it is a 10 min. ride to town (New Plymouth) or 10 minute ride in the other direction to the Green Turtle Club and Marina.

Nothing but white sand.....bring your snorkel and fins and enjoy!

Green Turtle has markets, restaurants,liquor store and gift shops. The island is only 4 miles long and fun to explore by golf cart.

If you rent a boat there is a public dock on the Sea of Abaco.It is a 2 min. golf cart ride from the house.

You can reach Green Turtle Cay by a 1 hour flight from W. Palm, Ft. Lauderdale or Miami or Tampa and Orlando 1.5 hours flight.You fly into Treasure Cay,catch a cab to the Ferry Dock(5 Min. ride)or into Marsh Harbor and ride to Green Turtle by ferry boat which runs every hour.


The Ferry will drop you off at the Benson dock where you can get your rented golf cart and you are met by our caretaker who will get you to the house and answer any of your questions and also check on you during your stay.

We know you will love it as much as we do!

We have a 4 night minimum stay.

Pool is a game changer

Great house with well appointed rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and good size rooms and living/kitchen areas. The pool is a game changer to the already beautiful Green Turtle Cay.

A great location! Beautiful house and amenities, with anything one would need. Very clean! Comfortable. Wanda (host) was so easy to work with, quick to correspond and so friendly! Ruth (caretaker) was helpful, friendly and checked in with us multiple times to make sure our stay was going well. The perfect vacation getaway! We can't wait to return!

Great place for a relaxing vacation on the beach and close to town

This place is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to be comfortable . The back of property has a wonderful view of the beach where rarely another person was seen. This is a great place to relax and about 8 minutes from town with a golf cart. I would definitely stay there again.

This was our second time to Green Turtle. We really enjoyed the Bennett House. We had 2 families, 7 people in total and had ample space. Ruth was fantastic, as was the location. The house is very clean, well provisioned and the view could not be better.

Beautiful and well maintained home!

This house has everything. It’s secluded but close to everything and has beautiful sunrises. The Bennett house is between Green Turtle Club and New Plymouth making it a short golf ride to anywhere. We lived it and hope to return soon.

My husband and I are in Florida and our sons live in Texas but we are always planning a 'family' vacation to Green Turtle! Now that we have 3 grandchildren it has become even more special to take them to our favorite place.

Why they chose this property

Why would you chose this property? It is simply fantastic. We take great pride in our home and are very excited to have rebuilt it.
We built our home in 1995 in Green Turtle and the fun began.Our children are grown now but their love of Green Turtle continues.Our oldest son chose Green Turtle for his wedding in the summer (2009).
In 2019 Hurricane Dorian demolished our home down to the foundation. We began rebuilding in November 2020 with steel construction.

What makes this property unique

Absolutely peaceful and relaxing. Each day is an adventure.You can choose to go fishing, snorkeling, paddle boarding, spear lobsters (in season) or sit on the porch and read a book and gaze at the water. The water is gorgeous with so many shades of blue.
