This place had a great location with an easy walk to the historic center, museums and the river. Groceries were easy with tiendas close by and a 10 to 15 min walk to major grocery stores. The area felt very safe for walking day or night. It is an older multi-resident building but clean and well kept with new appliances and a full kitchen. The rooftop balcony was very enjoyable and made doing laundry easy.
