Nice and clean. Staff very helpful. The view is just as it appears. Simone was always helpful. Looking forward to coming back to Cuenca in 2025. Enjoyed being here for 2 months

Location, location, location

This is a great apartment with a patio that provides cool breezes and an amazing view of Cuenca. The location of the apartment gave you easy, walkable access to the historic center of Cuenca, the Tamabamba River, and Pumapungo Museum. The building had 24 hr security with a convenient elevator. Several mom and pop restaurants were just blocks from the building with an amazing Italian Bucher shop and cafe on the corner. Get anywhere in town with a $5 or less cab ride. Clean, well equipped and easy checkin and departure. The property Mgr, Ana Maria, was available via WhatsApp for any questions and was very responsive. A small grocery store for coffee, wine and groceries was only a few blocks away. As long as you can climb the one flight of stairs to get to the main floor, the us the perfect place for 2 friends or couples that each want their own room.

Very pleased.

We couldn't decide whether to stay here or the historic district. Glad we stayed here. So easy to find and get settled. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. And the view! Comfortable beds, clean. Could probably use some fans in warm season, but was fine in April. Helpful people in the building.

Very nice property & fantastic location. Ana Marie was very accommodating for check in and with some follow up questions we had during our stay. We would definitely book this property on a future Cuenca trip.
